This notice describes information collected through the FORMIST First Access site.

When you join

We save your email address, signup time and the version of the signup consent you accepted. If you choose to answer the optional hair-routine question, we save that answer with your signup. Joining does not place an order or authorize a payment.

How you found us

We collect campaign tags, the landing-page address and referring website where available. We record whether you joined through the page or signup dialog and which signup button opened the dialog. We do not place your email in an advertising pixel or store raw IP addresses in the signup Sheet.

Signup details are saved only when you submit the form. Vercel Web Analytics also counts page views and shows aggregate visitor and referral information. It does not use cookies for this tracking, and we do not send your email address to analytics.

How we use it

We use signup information to manage First Access, provide launch updates and understand demand. Campaign and entry-point information helps us evaluate which content brings people to FORMIST. The optional routine answer informs product research. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and service providers

This site uses Vercel to serve pages and process signup requests, and Google Sheets and Apps Script to store signup records. These providers may process technical request information to operate and secure the service. We use information only for the purposes described here and with service providers supporting those purposes.

Retention and your choices

We retain your First Access record until you ask us to remove it or it is no longer needed for the launch list. Campaign attribution stored in your browser expires after 90 days without another visit. We do not use a separate on-site click tracking log.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your signup through Contact. Future marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. You can clear site data in your browser at any time. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through this site.
